- Ticket limit per order: four
- Sessions are free with advance registration, but optional hospitality packages which include food, drink and other services are available for a nominal fee.
- Optional Hospitality Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Although we are committed to making our event affordable to the widest audience possible, we incur expenses to provide this quality community program. A donation through these Hospitality Packages will help us continue to showcase these women's history stories. Pre-registration runs until maximum participants count reached.

Hibiscus Level: Sessions only. No fee required.

Lehua Package: Includes all sessions, plus break beverages, gourmet box lunch and reserved lunch room, souvenir event program, two raffle tickets. $36.00 per person.
- ‘Ilima Package: Includes priority check-in, reserved seating for all sessions and lunch room, break beverages, gourmet box lunch, souvenir event program, three raffle tickets. $60.00 per person.

- Gourmet Turkey Sandwich on fresh baked whole wheat bread, served with chips, whole fresh fruit, mint, and beverage.
